I'm Shauna Griffith, an Erotic Embodiment coach, and Temple of La Medusa is a space devoted to sacred transformation and reconnection with the body, sensuality, and Erotic life force.
My work is rooted in neuroscience, Tantric, and Taoist principles. Through somatic and embodiment-based coaching, I support people in coming back home to their bodies, where pleasure becomes nervous system regulation, emotions become sacred teachers, and the body is reclaimed as a place of safety, truth, and Erotic power.
This work is for those who feel the inner knowing that their sexuality is meant to be lived fully and abundantly.
